The brand began with a simple observation. SHKP had spent generations building Hong Kong's most iconic residential towers, but the homeowners moving into them often struggled to find a renovation partner with the same commitment to craft. So we built one — an in-house studio with the resources of a major developer and the attention of a boutique design practice.
Today, Yolo247 Homes operates studios in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo, with active projects across twelve Asian cities. We take on a small number of homes each year, because that's the only way to do this kind of work well.
